"Frankie Vaughn incorporates Competence, Integrity, Accountability and Service every day he is here. He has the
knowledge and skills to take care of our campus in every aspect. He serves our students well by being available at any time to drive our bus to pick up student's and get them here. He holds himself accountable by the responsibilities he does everyday on our campus. He is a man of service by choice not only for our school and our communities but also for our Country as he served our country well while in the military. He is a man of honor, service, accountability and integrity. Frankie Vaughn has had many challenges in the last few years as he lost his wife to COVID and lost a fiance' to illness. He still got up and came to work daily through all of this while keeping a positive attitude and smile on his face. That is what you call dedication to his job, our students and our community."

"Frankie is a wonderful employee that goes above and beyond. Frankie helps Southern Tech by wearing many hats. You may see him doing anything from working grounds, driving a bus or even standing watch to insure our campus safety. He is a friendly face with high moral and ethical standards. We are so happy to have him as an employee!"
