Lyndsey always provides the best customer service to guests as they enter SouthernTech's Testing Center. A few statements from customers include, "Good morning! I wanted to take just a moment to commend SouthernTech on their testing center and Ms. Wallace. I recently traveled to ECU to take an OSAT. Not that they did anything wrong, SouthernTech is, however, much more inviting, bright, professional, accessible, welcoming....this list could continue. Ms. Wallace is a huge asset to your school. She has always been kind and extremely professional during my visits. Many, many thanks to her and SouthernTech!!!" A second comment from a staff member witnessing the work Lyndsey performs on a daily basis, "Lyndsey was doing an awesome job taking care of students! Several students and other testers were filing in as she was checking in and setting things up for other tests. No doubt doing the work of 2 people, so way to go Lyndsey!" Lyndsey is an incredibly valuable SouthernTech team member and the organization is fortunate to have her.
