High School Students

Students have to be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED certificate to be eligible for the LPN Program. Those still in high school or under the age of 18 should apply for the PN Select program, which is the first year of the LPN Program available to high school students.

Patient Care Technician (PN Select) has a traditional classroom setting with a set schedule:

  • Monday through Friday
    • 8:00am - 11:00am
    • 12:45pm - 3:45pm
It is entirely instructor led and more lecture based than self-study but follows the same curriculum as the LPN program.

Students who complete Patient Care Technician (PN Select) automatically are accepted into the LPN Program as 2nd year students with 600 advance credit hours.

Targeted Certifications and/or Credentials
