Cybersecurity and Network Administration

"I would like to nominate Ryleigh for Student of the Month due to her outstanding dedication, work ethic, and contributions to the classroom environment.

Ryleigh consistently demonstrates a high level of responsibility by completing all assignments on time and thoroughly reviewing lecture materials. Her strong attention to detail allows her to catch mistakes I sometimes make in class labs, helping both herself and her classmates achieve better understanding(and keeping me on my toes). She is always striving for excellence, whether in coursework, hands-on labs, or additional learning opportunities. Beyond her own studies, Ryleigh actively contributes to the success of the entire class. She volunteers for extra assignments, provides peer support in troubleshooting computer issues, and even takes the initiative to create Blooket review games to help her classmates study and reinforce concepts. Her willingness to go above and beyond demonstrates true leadership and teamwork, making her a role model among her peers. Ryleigh's dedication, problem-solving skills, and passion for learning make her a standout student.

Ryleigh consistently demonstrates a strong work ethic and willingness to take on extra responsibilities beyond her regular coursework. A great example of this was when a community member reached out for assistance in wiping and restoring two computers they had inherited. When I brought the computers into class, Ryleigh immediately volunteered to take on the task of working on one of them.

Over the course of three to four class periods, Ryleigh dedicated herself to thoroughly cleaning, troubleshooting, and preparing the system to be fully functional again. She did all of this while staying on top of her regular coursework and assignments for the week, ensuring that nothing fell behind. Her time management, technical skills, and willingness to serve others made a real difference for this customer, reinforcing not only the skills she's learning in class but also the importance of community service and professionalism."
