Licensed Practical Nursing

"Cassandra demonstrates exceptional engagement with professional traits, particularly in her ability to stay on task and remain focused, which is even more impressive given the hybrid nature of our LPN program. With the added challenge of balancing in-person learning with self-directed online coursework, Cassandra excels at managing her study time independently. She remains disciplined and avoids distractions such as social media, ensuring that she remains focused on her learning objectives. Her ability to prioritize and organize her workload highlights her strong work habits and time management skills, allowing her to thrive in an environment that demands self-motivation and accountability.

In addition to her productivity, Cassandra consistently upholds a high level of initiative and integrity. She proactively seeks out additional projects that align with her career goals, ensuring she is never under-utilized. Cassandra's problem-solving abilities, paired with her resilience, allow her to navigate challenges with a positive and constructive attitude. Even when setbacks occur, she adapts quickly and remains focused on producing high-quality work. Her strong sense of accountability and ethical standards, combined with her ability to balance the demands of a hybrid learning program, position her as a standout student who consistently exceeds expectations.

Cassandra consistently goes above and beyond her regular duties by not only excelling in her own work but also actively seeking out classmates who may be struggling. She has a natural ability to recognize when others need assistance, and she doesn't hesitate to offer her help. Whether it's guiding a peer through difficult material, explaining concepts more clearly, or providing moral support during stressful times, Cassandra is always ready to lend a hand."
