Description

This program has been developed for secondary and post-secondary students who either want to work as a 
mechanical, industrial, and/or maintenance technician, or who already work in this capacity and want to expand their skill set. Students who complete this course will gain a variety of useful industrial skills that local companies are 
specifically looking for from prospective employees. Students will learn these concepts and skills through both 
practical theory and hands-on practice with industry standard equipment.

Applicants must complete a SouthernTech Application for Admission. Additional information and applications are 
available at the SouthernTech campus and online at www.sotech.edu. Enrollment for this program is open to adults and partnering High Schools (juniors/seniors).

 

Financial Aid and Scholarships

This program is not yet approved for Federal Financial Aid; Payment Plans and Scholarships may be available.

  • Secondary: 8:00-11:00 AM or 12:45-3:45 PM
