Auto Collision Refinishing

Description

The Auto Refinishing Fundamentals program requires students to work in an automobile shop that builds skills in basic and advanced auto body, non-structural, and plastic repair. Students also learn automobile painting, welding and refinishing. Students use on-line curriculum from I-Car and practice hands-on in our expansive on-campus garage. They learn workplace skills including estimating and use of automotive software programs. The Auto Collision program is accredited by the National Automotive Technicians Education Foundation (NATEF) and students have the opportunity to gain industry specific certifications.
