Empower Academy
The Empower Academy at Southern Tech provides supportive educational pathways for both adults pursuing a GED and high school students who are at risk of dropping out, helping them achieve academic success and prepare for meaningful careers. Through personalized instruction, career training, life skills development, and individualized support, the Empower Academy empowers students to reach their educational and occupational goals.
Math AGE
Southern Tech's Math AGE Program helps students build confidence and strengthen their math skills through flexible, self-paced instruction in courses ranging from Algebra II to Calculus and Math of Finance. Using a tiered learning model and a flipped classroom approach, the program provides personalized support, accelerated learning opportunities, and free online math tutorials that are available to everyone.

Temporary Assistance for Needy Families
EMPOWER Oklahoma TANF by CareerTech equips individuals and families with the education, training and support needed to achieve employment, self-sufficiency and long-term economic stability. Through statewide CareerTech training, adult education and strategic workforce partnerships, the program delivers demand-driven, regionally aligned services that strengthen Oklahoma’s workforce and support a competitive, skilled economy
