Description

The Medical Assisting program is centered on providing options for a multitude of entry level careers in the healthcare field. Students receive foundational training in medical assisting and phlebotomy.  In addition, students practice skills in real-world clinical settings on and off campus.

Application

Applicants must complete a Southern Tech Application for Admission. Additional information and applications are available at the Southern Tech campus and online by visiting our Student Portal (please create an account prior to showing interest or applying by clicking the blue Sign In button in the top right corner). Enrollment for this career program is open to adults and in-district High Schools (juniors/seniors).

Financial Aid and Scholarships

This program is NOT approved for Federal Financial Aid; scholarships may be available for those who qualify.
