Workforce & Economic Development Administrative Assistant (Health)
"Carson consistently goes above and beyond in every aspect of her job, demonstrating exceptional dedication, teamwork, and a positive attitude. She is supportive, highly competent and holds herself to an extremely high standard. Carson brings a level of enthusiasm and professionalism to work that inspires everyone around her, students and staff alike. Her contributions have significantly impacted the success of the students around her as well as her whole department, and I have no doubt that she will continue to excel and set a great example for others.
Beyond her regular responsibilities, Carson recently went above and beyond to ensure the success of the Spring Support Staff Conference we hosted this week. She took on additional tasks with ease, meticulously coordinating everything from the pre-conference activities, including the cruises, to arranging a private dinner at a restaurant tailored specifically for our group. Carson worked late into the evening without a single complaint and even arrived early the following morning, greeting everyone with warmth and making everyone feel welcome, as though there were no strangers in the room. Her dedication, work ethic, and genuine kindness make her an invaluable asset to the team. SouthernTech is truly fortunate to have Carson on board."

"Robin is always willing to go the extra mile to help customers who come in with a pleasant and professional attitude. She works evening's, weekends and at times 12 hr days. Robin is a mentor to the cadets as well as a counselor at times. Robin is a wonderful resource in love county and is a great reason the program is growing. Robin is single handed the reason the security guard and conceal handgun classes are at an all time high enrollment."
