"Kristina Frodsham has literally saved the day in our Full Time Nurse Assisting Program. We looked to Kristina to help with instruction when we had the need for an instructor in October 2022. Kristina previously held the position of Short- Term Health Administrative Assistant. She had no hesitation when asked to step in and pick up where the students were and diligently worked with the students to achieve course and clinical outcomes. She was in the classroom or in clinical every day from mid-October through December. Based on her work ethic, experience as a nurse, and her interaction with the students, she was chosen as the Full Time Instructor. Many students have reported that they are very thankful for her and commented that she is doing an awesome job as their instructor. Students' attendance overall has improved, and the students are engaged and active in their learning each day, and 95% of the students have passed their CNA exams thus far. We would have had a very hard time supporting this class if it wasn't for Kristina's amazing teamwork and dedication to the students.
