"Melissa has been serving multiple roles for the last month including substituting, covering the front desk and filling in where needed all while completing her daily job duties. She helps students, staff and community members to make sure they have all of the information they need. She continues to strive for excellence in maintaining student badges and holding other accountable with her detailed inventory skills and budgets requests. She personally walks people where the need to go and had spent her lunch time making sure that interested parties can schedule tests they may need or finding the right person to answer the questions that others need answered. She is a value to SouthernTech and continues to be professional at all times."
