Career & Technical Student Organization Kickoff

At Southern Tech, all of our students are encouraged to participate in Career & Technical Student Organizations. Each year we hold our CTSO Kickoff event, aimed at getting the students excited to participate in the various CTSOs available to join on campus, like SkillsUSA, HOSA, and BPA.

SoTech's 59th Birthday

TechFest & TechLaunch

Our annual TechFest and TechLaunch events allow high school and middle school students to explore various programs through hands-on activities. The current Southern Tech students lead these activities, allowing for them to practice what they been learning, while explaining to the visiting students their perspective on their career program.

National Technical Honor Society Ceremony

LPN Capping & Pinning Ceremony

The LPN Capping and Pinning Ceremony is for both first and second year LPN Students. For first years, it marks the halfway point in their career education, allowing them to celebrate their hard work so far. For the second year students, it marks their official transition into the nursing profession.

Completion & Certification Ceremony

Our Completion and Certification Ceremony (CCC) allows finishing students to walk the stage and get recognized by the school and their families for all of the time and effort they put into completing their career program.
